Gianluca Breghi

During his 18 years in pharmaceuticals, Gianluca Breghi has gained a broad experience in this market, both at the domestic and international level.

Beginning with Parke-Davis in the ‘80s, he then worked in Warner-Wellcome and Chiron Corporation. During this period he gained managerial experience in several pharmaceutical markets, with his most recent experience being in biotech, when he held global responsibility for Strategic Planning and Business Development for Chiron Vaccines.

Just before joining Siena Biotech, Gianluca also had a 2-year experience as Deputy Provost at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, Italy.

Gianluca graduated in Business from Pisa University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with honors from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
