Gabriello Mancini

Gabriello Mancini was appointed President of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation on may 9th 2006; he was operating from 2001 in the Deputazione Amministratrice (Financial Board of Directors) the Foundation, and he was appointed Deputy President from 2002 to 2006.
He currently is a Member of the Steering Committee of the Toscana Life Science Foundation.
From 1999 to 2001 he was a Member of the University of Siena's Board of Directors, as a representative of the Tuscany Region.
He has been a Member of the City Council of the City of S. Gimignano since 1970.
From 1996 to 2001 he covered the position of Chief Administrative Officer at the Financial Resource Management Service of the Tuscany Region.
From 1991 to 1995 he was a Member of the General Council of the Tuscany Region, where he also covered the following special appointments: Secretary of the 4th Permanent Commission (Health and Social Security); Vice President (from 1993) of the Commission for the control on Estate and Budget; and until 1993 Secretary of the Special Commission for Planning.
He has also covered several management positions including Chief Financial Officer in the local unit of the Siena Province Health Service System.
